Description
Ice Trail Hikers. This morning was a crisp one but it did not deter some hikers (and photographers) from enjoying the outdoors. Ice conditions on Lake Superior are NOT IDEAL for hiking! Lot’s of open water all the way to the shore in places. Ice is now forming, moving and cracking (often below your feet as you walk) so unless you are a VERY EXPERIENCED ice trail hiker and can read ice conditions, stay on shore! Falling through the ice can happen in a split second and it is not a fun experience. By www.jakubsisak.ca
